What is the lead time on orders?

All of our available e-commerce packaging ships from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California. Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days within the U.S. For custom sticker labels, please allow an additional two weeks for production + shipping.

Do you ship internationally outside the U.S?

What is a sticker label?

Create lasting impressions by branding your luxury e-commerce boxes with custom sticker labels. All of our e-commerce boxes include the option for a sticker label, which will be applied to the boxes before shipment. Sticker labels will be printed on uncoated stock only. Our printing capabilities for labels include:

• 1 or Full Color Printing
• Gold or Silver foil stamping
• Spot UV Printing

How should I send the artwork for my custom sticker labels?

If an order is placed with a custom sticker label, our team will contact you by email to retrieve artwork. When sending us custom artwork for your labels, please have all files print ready. The best way to ensure your files are ready for print is to vector all files in. AI or working .PDF files. Artwork files must be in 300 dpi, CMYK format, and with 1/4" bleed lines. Our team will email you a die line for the sticker label once your order is placed.

What if I can't find the box type / size I am looking for?

At Gala Deluxe, our specialty is custom made luxury boxes. If our shop does not have a box size or type that aligns with your needs, please call us at (626)283-4804 or by email at info@galadeluxe.com for custom project quotations. *Please note the MOQ for custom projects is 2000 pcs.*
